Tucked away on a quiet side street a few minutes from İstiklal Avenue, our restaurant brings together recipes from across Anatolia and the seasonal produce of Istanbul's markets. The dining room seats 60 and opens onto a small terrace with a view over the rooftops of Beyoğlu — the best tables fill up around sunset. Our team speaks English and we are happy to walk you through the menu, explain unfamiliar dishes and suggest what pairs well. Vegetarian options are available for most of our mezze, and we can adjust dishes for common dietary needs if you let us know when ordering. Lunch is quieter and relaxed; evenings are livelier, with live acoustic music on weekends. Reservations are recommended for dinner, especially Friday and Saturday.

Dolmabahçe Palace served as the main administrative center of the Ottoman Empire from 1856 to 1887 and 1909 to 1922. Built by Sultan Abdülmecid I, it replaced Topkapi Palace as the empire's administrative center. The palace blends traditional Ottoman architecture with European Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical styles. It houses the world's largest Bohemian crystal chandelier, a gift from Queen Victoria. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder of the Turkish Republic, spent his final days here and passed away on November 10, 1938. The palace contains 285 rooms and 46 halls.

The restaurant serves contemporary fusion cuisine blending Turkish and international flavors. After dinner, it transforms into one of Istanbul's most popular nightlife venues. The rooftop terrace is especially magical at sunset. The extensive cocktail menu and regular DJ performances make it a complete entertainment destination.
