FoodShopPass does not store complete payment card information, including full card numbers or CVV/security codes. Payments are processed through iyzico.

• QR Code or PIN verification processes

• Contact forms and customer support requests

• Cookies and similar technologies

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• User registration and account management

• Providing and verifying Pass services

• Processing payments and transactions

• Providing customer support services

• Fraud prevention and security monitoring

• Compliance with legal obligations

• Improving service quality and user experience

Your personal data may be processed on the following legal grounds, as applicable under the KVKK:

• Establishment or performance of a contract

Due to the international nature of certain infrastructure or service providers, personal data may also be transferred outside Türkiye in accordance with the applicable requirements of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed

• Request information regarding processed data

• Learn the purposes of processing and whether your data is used accordingly

• Learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

• Request deletion or destruction of your data where the legal conditions are met

• Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to relevant third parties, where applicable

• Object to certain results arising through automated processing, where applicable

• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
